Lust-slowly-traps flesh,
Nobility is your blood;
She was on the roof.
Eternity frowned-
But she bathed in moonlit drops;
Drained your blood.
(Your beard)shivered,grayed.
And she bathed in war-lit drops,
Drained your blood.
How? Your city fell!
Skies rolled and dropped unto-
Your big, unclean hands.
Love is love is love,
Sin sits snidely still, sneering.
She was on the roof!
Nobility was your blood,
And she bathed in guilt-hot drops:
Drained your blood.
