Earth
Falling from the sky
As shiny as a sparkle
I bring joy to all
Rustling in the wind
Changing colors through the year
When stepped on, I crunch
Whistling by daylight
Creating and Destroying
And howling by night
Rushing to the earth
I’m dangerous and gentle
I mesmerize all
High up in the clouds
I bring joy to all who see
Filled with bright colors
Stars shining at night
Yet they are always glowing
Hidden in the day
Somehow you hear me
You unknowingly listen
I control your thoughts
Mesmerizing all
By all my secret wonders
You want to know more
