Am I ready?
I ask as I lay awake in bed,
I slowly get out to go get dressed,
and put my makeup on.
Am I ready?
I ask as I go downstairs.
I go grab some food,
and eat as much of it as I can.
Am I ready?
I ask as I go to brush my teeth.
As I grab my backpack,
and get in the car to go to school.
I am ready.
