Patience
The stars are shining in the sky
You smile beneath a dark blue sky
Cliché?
I think so to
Im expecting something
A spark??
A light?
Something
Please lord
I want something
A tingle in my head
It tells me
Don’t feel dread
There will be more
Sometime later
Patience
It tells me
Patience
I will
Patience
it kills me
Patience
It makes me ill
Patience
is all
Its my world
Its my start
My epilogue
My end
My everything
I searched for something
That will never be mine
Patience
It tells me
Its out there
But I want It now
Patience
Its all I hear
Under the groove
In between my own two ears
In the restaurants
In the vents
Patience
It will all work out

We are humans, all of us are impatient at times. We all want something at some point. I wanted to incase that through a character in search for love because what else is more cliché? If you where looking for a non cliché poem then scroll down because you will still have to be pacient.
