Buried
Seventeen souls wake up like any other day
Not knowing their lives were going to be taken away
Maybe if they had one more day
They could had said "I love you family"
How long until we see bullets fly
How long until we see parents cry
How long will it take for you to open your eyes
And see the importance of others' lives
We need to make a change before it's too late
Before we see another damage kid make a mistake.
Seventeen souls under the Earth
"The right to bear arms"
Should be buried in the dirt
Before we see another family get hurt
We need to change the system
So, more shootings don’t occur
How long until we see bullets fly
How long until we see parents cry
How long will it take for you to open your eyes
And see the importance of others' lives
We need to do something now
Before we see more innocent lives' buried in the ground
