My mind is clouded by stress

engulfing my thoughts.

When it reaches my lungs

I cant breath.

My body cant hold that much anxiety

so it trickles out my eyes,

and escapes my mouth in the form of sobs.

"Whats wrong?"

"You ok?"

"Should I get the nurse?"

How can I respond

when I can't even breath?
