Gooey Velvet
I had only ever watched him make it, but he said he will teach me
Retrieving the macaroni from the cuppoard
I pull out the soft grainy feeling packet of cheese
Then we cook the macaroni as the steem rises from the pot,
and I stir in the powdery orange cheese
Pouring in the cool smooth milk,
I can see it all coming together
As we bite into it,
It feels like soft, goey, cheesey, velvet
And thats how my grandpa taught me
to make the best food i've ever had
