Not So Happy

Plastering a fake smile on my face

Acting the world is great

I'm done with being fake

Trying to make a friend

But they could care less

Feeling like the rest of the world is spinning

Except where you are standing

I feel like this world is so demanding

Everyone is a puzzle piece

You can't fit in because you are the only unique piece

The odd one

The one that was never supposed to be there

Feeling like being happy should be a simple task

Though everyday we are putting on a mask

Covering up our selves not wanting to be seen

Not wanting to be judged

It's sad we feel this way

As human beings we have shaped and formed ourselves into caring about what everybody thinks

Making some days hard to walk outside of your front door

Afraid of people staring and pointing fingers at you

This world is not always rainbows and clear sunny days

Instead it is full of  tragedies

A life full of problems

Sadly my story will not end how fairy tales do

Where there lives are perfect and they live happily ever after
