I need those social spectacles
I need a cure for wandering wearily
Through the field of perfect circles
And unfamiliar
Faces of gold and silver
How do I access
These special glasses.
How do I find my way
On the path to success
And social acceptance.
I want to turn this mucky creek
Of misfortunes
Into a clear lake
Of swimming endorphins
To feed the mind
And eye.
