mind raced my future,
the possibilities,
what ifs..
Almost taken from me.
Life wouldn’t be the same,
without seeing you every morning
My best friend lost.
Life...desperate
I’d be lifeless,
empty..
Grandpa above,
didn’t take you
you stayed here.
Slow recovery,
months and months
of hard work.
You’re here today.
I’m glad to call you my:
person,
best friend,
