I am from the dump with bears and deer.

I am from the hockey rink in our backyard.
I am from a ski slope with frozen toes.
I am from a boat with a kneeboard behind
I am from the basketball hoop without swishes.
I am from the TV where Connor McDavid scored his 100th point.
I am from the pool table and the dart board.
I am from the “olympic” ping pong table.
I am from cauliflower pizza, a “gourmet delight”.
I am from Big White frisbees, and baseballs.
I am from an electric car, and a granola infested VW.
I am from my crazy uncle, and my 101 year old Great-Grandma.
I am from water skiing definitely with my life jacket.
I am from kayaking and biking.
I am from Kawartha Dairy and Cranberry cheese.
And all those memories make me where I’m from.
