A cycle, honestly
Fortune’s wheel will turn
Spew thoughts into darkness
Turn despair into hope
And hope into despair
It doesn’t matter, really
Another day, honestly
Wake up to the alarm
And settle by the strike of nine
Making work into fun
And fun into work
So we just wait
Wait for something new
Maybe someone different
Who?
It could be you
Could be anyone
