this void
is gray
and muted
everyone
is looking
at me
but they don’t
really see
i can feel
the heaviness
the weight
pressing down
on me
i can practice
being loud
but i’ll always
end up being
the quietest
voice in the room
this void is gray
i can feel it
in my chest
spreading
the expanding
of its arms
latching on
its teeth sharp
it bite devouring
