All around me

bright diamonds

shining crystals

reflecting glass

and happy lives

and I'm invisible to everyone

Except to the most beautiful

loving snake

In this compressing cage of hope

My trust to this snake grows

But my wings get closer and closer to their end 

And farther and farther away 

from their once loving 

once kind

once tender 

once happy heart 

As everyday

every hour 

every minute 

even every second passes

this steel rock hard grey snake 

turns a friendly embrace 

into a tighter and tighter one

until their scales 

feel like 1000 needles slowly killing the bodyguards of my skin 

and finding their way 

into my heart
