Imagine An "Upon A Time"

Imagine an "upon a time" where there was a princess unlike anyone else

Who was pimply, and fat, and said she was happy with herself

The forces of this world killed her without wasting their breath

Draped her dark body on the white picket fence

Her stepmother shook her head, her stepfather was cross

The neighbors used her white bones as dental floss

Meanwhile, her prince, the executioner, did not cry

The problematics of the world hung their solution out to dry

Her parents looked away

As the rest of the village quickly threw stones

She had built herself a coffin,

and if she had hammered in the nail too deep

It was her fault she was dead meat and bones

Snow White died but the legend still lives

That people like her—confident individuals—still exist
