Five happy souls climb into the car at 6 o’clock.
The sun starts to set and the traffic slowly dies.
The Indian styled building lites up from inside to outside.
The waiter arrives to our regular table.

We gather around the table like a pack of
wolves waiting for their prey. In the waking silence
stomachs grumble across the table waiting
to devour the food.

Sweet pepper, salty chicken, spicy sauce.
Mouths burn like wood in a bonfire.
Sweet green curry, red curry, yellow curry—and an Indian background.
Considerable ways to be prepared and created into a variety of dishes.

Pure blends of spices holding the flavor.
