Summer Days
We used to laugh and play
In our earlier days
But times have been forgot
Only I remember
Days spent together
In the summer heat
You’ve forgotten me
I wish I could only do the same
You went after fame
While I waited for you to come back
To those summer days
When we use to run all day
From sunrise to sunset
I wish I could forget
Like you did so long ago
When your face use to be aglow
All those summer days ago

It's not really about summer days to me. It's more about the part of someone forgeting you for me. But interpret this poem how ever you feel.
