Vast Expanse of Nothingness

Nothing.
We are nothing.
The unknown,
the mistakes,
the fears.
So small that,
even a grain of sand,
could engulf them.
Created from dust
our lives diminish.
For they,
in the grand scheme of the universe,
mean nothing.
Do I mean nothing to you?
Or what is it that makes my nothing your something?
