I could quote cheesy movies and
tell you how my heart races.
I could say how you're all I think about,
that I can't concentrate.
I could compare you to the sun and
your beauty to a rose.
There's a thousand nice things I could say.
But I won´t.
Instead I'll tell you how much you make me
hurt.
How badly I want
never to see you again.
I´ll push you away
to save myself the pain of
you coming closer.
Because,
speaking from experience,
it all ends in a car crash.
A dead end street of heartbreak.
My heart is hospitalized,
damaged and bruised.
I wish your hand was still enclosed in mine.
Your touch would heal.
I wish you would leave, and
we´d never see each other again.
I wish I was strong enough to not text you,
even when I know I shouldn't.
I wish there was a warning
before the crash.
I wish I was wearing a seat belt.

Favorite Quote:
"Soon madness has worn you down. It’s easier to do what it says than argue. In this way, it takes over your mind. You no longer know where it ends and you begin. You believe anything it says. You do what it tells you, no matter how extreme or absurd. If it says you’re worthless, you agree. You plead for it to stop. You promise to behave. You are on your knees before it, and it laughs."
— Marya Hornbacher
