My Notions

Sometimes my notions give me headaches
They bang on walls, demanding to be heard.
Alleviation comes with solitude.
Waves can crash onto a white blank sheet of sand.

Sometimes my thoughts are watercolors that have merged into a brown oblivion.
On the canvas that no human has ever laid eyes upon.
Deciphering these melted hues is like trying to read a shredded book.
