I sit back and hide my feelings,
I cringe holding my bag.
Holding up the mask of happiness,
Are you okay? Someone asks.
Nodding slowly.
Am I okay? No i’m not okay.
I’m lost,
Can someone show me the way?
I’m alone,
Can someone keep me company?
I’m depressed,
Can someone make my day?
Is anyone there?
I yell from the inside,
Is anyone there?
I put on my brave face,
But inside i’m so terrified.
