I see the fish’s bright red and orange colors
They swim calmly
I smell the sea food from the restaurants
behind me
I feel the sand between my toes
I hear the seagulls chirp
Fiercely
I can taste the salt in the air
As I step into the chilling water
I feel calm
I hear and see nothing
But the open ocean
So quiet and so empty
