Yin and Yang
With a broken halo and lost eyes, he came to me like an angel in the blackest of ebony nights.
Somewhere in the darkness in my heart, his starry gaze casted a glow on me and lit my being ablaze.
When all hope was lost in the sands of time, he fluttered the wings upon his back and somehow faith was restored within me.
With my flaws cracking my facade, he saw the blackness pour out from inside of me and he decided to stay, never once turning his heavenly cheek away.
Even in my times of doubt, he spoke and I was compelled to listen, evidently I never faltered to believe he was telling me the truth that would lead me to salvation.
With a broken halo and lost eyes, he came to me like the angel he is and made me love him, even in the blackest of ebony nights.
