For the past seventeen years i have slept alone in my bed
with only my stuffed animals and words being said in my head.
Then you came and wrapped me up in your strong arms
that made me feel at home with my mind
because you made the fears wash down memory lane
passing all the pain and blame i put on myself
but in those moneky like arms
that was when i was officially sane.
