When I came to Keystone

I had no idea I could be better

With the help of a special teacher

Made me think different

I've never been good at rhythms

And I've always been seen as the weakest link

Always struggling

But never giving up

You showed me

To believe i myself

And have confidence

In my musical ability

I didn't think I could improve

In such a short time

Or to think someone

Had faith in me

You took out your time

To help make me a better musician

To never give up on me

And to push me harder

And for that

I am very thankful

To have you as my band director

At Keystone College

Always encouraging me

Always giving me another try

Always guiding me

Always giving me a chance
