The gentle breeze on a crisp
summer day has never felt so nice
and while licking on
a slippery ice cream cone,
the day gets better.
One moment after another
Walking on the sandy beaches
while two crabs crawl their way up here.
The David and Goliath stand
apart, enduring themselves
in the playground of glass.
As the sun sets
we gather back home
to rest for a great day.
Like today.
