The Phantom of Andover
In the corridors of the English Department,
there is a gloomy spirit walking.
Always with face turned downwards,
staring straight at his feet.
If you ever catch sight of him from afar,
he's deep in thought.
What he's thinking,
only he's the one in on the secret.
If you approach him,
you start to smell tea in the air around.
It's but just a hint,
as your distance to him grows smaller and smaller.
Follow him to his lair,
a world of mystery and secrets.
Look around the room,
seeing the ambiance.
He begins to approach you,
not as a monster or phantom of the night.
But, hand held out with a smile,
ready to welcome you.
