Promises Broken

Promises,
were once everything.
Until we grow up.
Stuff happens.
Tears, heartbreak,
Love, friends,
Relationships,
Laughter, smile,
High School.
Teenagers
go through hell.
Nothing is ever
easy for them.
Happiness isn't
everywhere.
They have to
fight for everything.
Even to fix
promises that
were broken.
