I won't let the rain bother me
It's just water on my skin
My pages aren't waterproof
But they aren't averse to wet
Raindrops are softer than tears
Rain is healing, washing my wounds
Cleansing my pores
My pages feel refreshed
And ready to absorb tearful words
Once again
