Silk Flowers

I don’t want your silk flowers,
I want your dying daisies,
I want your rubbish roses,
I want your listless lavender and pale poppies.
Real flowers wither,
Real love isn’t fit for show.
Silk flowers don’t need sun,
But I need you.
