"Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you'll be criticized anyway." ~Eleanor Roosevelt

I'm walking in a field of flowers,

not a single dark cloud in the sky.

But wait, there's a spot in the distance.

Oh well, it's not like it can reach me.

But suddenly it's moving, moving fast, moving in my direction.

I start running, away from this dark cloud,

away from the looming darkness.

But it's faster then me, and I can't seem to get away.

Next thing I know it's right above me, and it's pouring, hard.

I touch my face.

I can't tell the difference between the rain and my tears.

I try to breathe, but it's like I forgot how to.

I feel my face turn hot.

Why does this always happen to me?

I wish I didn't have to deal with this.

If only this could go away, but it's not that simple;

it's anxiety.
