A stream of footprints flowing in
The sea of white, from rising dawn
A light bulb lit amidst pale pink
And cloud-dotted blue of cool shade.

A great castle standing so tall
Invaded by a thousand tongues
Lapping gently, but with purpose
As foam-flecked blue reaches the doors.

A sentient being destined to join
His castle and snowy footsteps
In the distant, blue pantheon
Of memories long forgotten.

A stream of footprints flowing in
The sea of white, back to the dusk
A light bulb fading, sinking in
The dark, cloud-dotted midnight blue.

And now only a sea of white
Remains alongside crumbled castle
The sentient being faded into
The ageless blue watching above.
