I guess I was just too attached
And you know how hard that is for me to admit
Because baby I need you like the sun needs the moon to help it shine
I can still taste your love on my skin
And it kills me to imagine another girl memorizing every part of you
Because I held the key to your heart first
But I clenched too tightly
And eventually, I had to let go
