Ignorance
We can pretend that it will all go alway.
We can lock all the doors
And tie all the chains.
We can pretend that we have no fear.
And god forbid that the neighbors hear
That this is bringing us down
Right down this street and all over this town.
Knotted up knarls.
Yarn yanked by demons.
And being the laughing stock of all the freemen.
No.
I think i'll lay low.
Deafen their ears
With lies they don't know.
Keeping me hidden
and just keep pretending.
There is a possible chance
this is never-ending.
