Rainy Days

I love rainy days
When the sun has gone away
And the thunder has struck
When all is silent, I get some rest
My eight hours or so of sleep
When the drops hit the rooftop
The night is quiet
The crickets chirp
The frogs croak
It makes a sound, music to my ears
I fall asleep and dream a dream
That only raining days can bring

I love how when it rains, it makes me fall asleep and have a good amount of sleep. That's the most I always sleep.
