Who is the master? The puppet or the puppeteer? Can we ever really live? Do we ever really die? Or is it just an illusion? The one imprinted into our sick minds? I see the steady rhythm of my chest breathing, in and out. Is it just for show? Are any of our lives, do any of our lives hold value? Any at all? These questions race through my mind day and night. I’m tired of guessing, tired of being undermined. The voices, they call me. Telling me to give up. None of my questions will be answered. I can’t continue crying. It’s me who is tired of lying. Lying to my friends, lying to my family, lying to the ones who can help me. Lying. That’s all there really is isn’t it? Since the beginning of mankind. Lying has brought us all to our demise. Let’s end the pain here. Say what’s on your mind. Don’t dress your words up like sweet dandelions, haven’t you heard? The most hurtful things you can say come in the forms most beautiful. So come to me. Bare your face! Speak your words! Throw them in my face! Don’t continue to tell your lies! Tell me how you feel! Tell me your thoughts! And I’ll tell you mine
