The Makings of a Bad Lier

This desk does not convince me
that it is wood. In fact, I believe the surface
has been stuck on with glue,
because in some parts it peels
and upon pressing it back on, firmly,
one must remember to squeeze out
the air bubbles with the back of one's nail,
like a sticker or an iPhone's protective screen,
its warranty is 2 years, at a maximum.
