I'm sorry if you don't understand
the language of analogies and metaphors I use,
Just know---
When I talk about the stars twinkling at night,
I'm talking about the little sparkle in your eyes when I look at you--
When I talk about the drizzling rain,
I'm talking about how I uncontrollably fell for you--
When i talk about the sun letting the moon breathe during the night,
I'm talking about how I try to show you that I care--
When I talk about the thirsty flower caught in a drought,
I'm talking about how I haven't felt  loved lately--
When I talk about the waves routinely crashing on shore,
I'm talking about how I'll always come to you--

When I'm talking about what I love,
I'm talking about you.
