MY Favorite Time of Day

would have to be
at exactly
6:35 PM,
when the sky
is four shades of blue
and one shade of yellow-
gradient-
(Muted butter,
faded sky,
cobalt,
deep ocean,
twilight)
and the trees,
once large and mighty,
are nothing
but silhouettes
that could melt
away
at any second.
