The Different Ones

There are clusters of beings
huddled tightly together.
Most find their way in,
and stay content forever.
But some are unable
to find any that fits their pace.
So they squeeze through the gaps,
running in circles around them,
trying desperately to find
another one of their kind.
Sometimes they do,
and the different ones discover
that it was worth it.
