Wordplay MAG
I once was that kind of person
who would find his way in words
long uttered
who would see something years dead
in stray commas and periods
who would find meanings in stanzas
that simply were and had no reason why
who would see light at tunnel’s end
that was just a mirage
I was once that kind of person
But then I lost my sense of fun.
