my fears have been raging on

like a fire in the light of dawn

ive been surounded by my shadow

like the night winds blow

there is a living beast inside of me

in the darkness where no one can see

fire from heaven strikes my heart

peircing my soul like a dart

i cant controle the monster neath my bed

i cant controle the nightmares in my head

i am losing hold of my sanity 

will someone come and help me

i cant find my way back to you 

i am lost in darkness tis true

in the distance i see a light 

finding out whats wrong and whats right

the beast was beconed from all my strife
