You Know I’m Up?
I’m up.
I’m alway up for you-
Just twitch a muscle,
flinch or sigh
and I’ll look for
signs of strain.
It’s hard to sit here and listen to breathing,
Measure it out in cups.
But I’ll make sure you have enough,
but maybe it’s more than you need-
I try to push in and in what you need,
but you only want what you want,
But I don’t care,
Hate me and struggle-
This time I’ll let you strain,
Because dammit,
You’re getting what you need.
Live through the pain.
