As I sit and ponder
Into the mysteries of the world
An inquiry of my soul
Reaches the surface,
Does our struggle continue after death?
What comes after our time has run out
Is said to be light,
But what if the light fades out?
Could we wander into eternity,
Or maybe our souls could pass on
Into the night
