Our love is like a flower
that’s just been planted.
Our love is just beginning to sprout
and with time our love will grow
and bloom
and blossom
and show its vibrant, beautiful colors.
But for now our love has just sprouted.
It’s exposed for the first time,
and must gather nutrients
and grow.
In time our love will bloom.
But for now our love has just sprouted.

My boyfriend technically wrote this. He sent it to me as a text but I thought it sounded so much like a poem, so he allowed me to publish it as one. I think it's simple and sweet.
