All of the things we can't leave behind

Because we can't escape we're just killing time

Originally posted as an inspired and at the moment poem in response to a tumblr post of the Joe Chia FW2014 sweater jacket. So sue me. Wish I was able to pick more specific pictures to accompany my work. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge, will my that dream ever come true Teen Ink? Credited photographs and all?

Decent poem. But it kinda reads like a song--not necessarily a bad thing! But, it's just...What does it *mean*? What will get better if you get wrapped up in the sweater? Why is baby about to cry? Just, what's going on in this poem?
