Tell me where does the rain go, once the sun comes out?
Can those two ever be together?
Can the rain pour hard and the sun shine bright ever?

The moon and the rain have no problem being,
Maybe it’s the mystery that life doesn’t want us seeing.
It’s like a love that won’t happen, but you continue to dream of-
No matter what your wishes may come.
Mother Nature still has its limits-limited from above.

Why does life flee from us so rapidly in the mist of enjoyment, yet it slows at the sign of pain?
Could those two ever switch?
Could happiness come to a rate of a snail, and have pain quicken its stitch?

The pain and suffering seem to never loosen their squeeze.
Maybe it’s the grace of Jesus’ death that is made known throw these.
It’s like a minuscule sacrifice we must endure to know ones part.
No matter what your wishes may come.
We should all know God’s will as a beautiful art.

But what am I left, after a heart broken?
Am I nothing but a forgotten child?
Am I to be tormented every once in a while?

The thoughts run me endlessly into a corner of truth,
Maybe it’s where I grind my teeth and shake my ends loose.
It’s like my confessional without a priest to listen.
No matter what wishes may come.
I can’t stand to look in the mirror awaiting a different outcome…
