Favorite Quote:
Minds are like parachutes. They only function when they are open.

Laid stagnant,
among the fallen petals
of the cultivated friendship,
the drop of water which by the inconsistent
rain, had been abandoned.

Opaque its situation had become,
as for not following the current,
the raindrop had remained in the lifeless flower
stagnant. Inert.

Impressive what was happening in its mind,
since crazy,
the smiling raindrop,
on the flower had already anticipated its death.

Terrified, and without hesitating,
the water drop sought for life in the rose,
and in it as a font dispersed.
Through its long arms and its sharp spines descended,
’til meeting the dry base of the friendship that ever lived.
