Running screaming twisting wrenching
not. good. enough.
heart pumping pulsing exploding
hopeless wretch
no one will notice anyway
tears burning muscles aching
just. go. ahead.
shaking surround all alone
nobody cares
(why would they anyway?)
one more day
(why?)
nothing’s changing anyway
the pain’ll just stay
it must go away.
but
at
what
cost?
