"Restless Soul"

Confined behind these opened windows,
locked behind these unlocked doors.
Mind trapped with an open mouth,
body trapped with an open field.
Soul sealed inside a vessel,
thoughts sealed inside a pencil.
You are only trapped as much as you think you are,
If you think you are free,
you will be!

The author's comments:
Too many people tell themselves that they are trapped. They make themselves believe that there is no where to go, or that they are hopeless. But you are never trapped. You will always be free no matter how "trapped" you think you are. I could elaborate, but ill leave that for yourself.

Thanks!!! And yeah, I have felt the feeling as well. I looked back upon those feelings looking for an answer and this is what I came up with. I hope others like yourself can see this too!

This really hit me. I often feel trapped that way, and I feel like most people these days feel the same.  We feel trapped because we tell ourselves we're trapped. I love this. Very relatable.
